A curtain of numbered roulette chips from a 1970s East German board game is installed within a reassembled steel structure, resembling both, a barrier and a ladder. Produced in the GDR, the plastic “play money” becomes a trace of postsocialist reality and a system shaped by uneven distributions of capital and power.
